How to delete your integration and account data

At WTSP Automation, we respect your data privacy rights and give you full autonomy to delete your stored configurations, keys, credentials, and message history from our systems.

Method 1: Manual Self-Service Deletion

To instantly delete your configured integrations without contacting support:

Log in to your **WTSP Automation Admin Dashboard**.
Go to the **Organizations** or **Settings** panel.
Under the **WhatsApp Configuration** or **AI Prompt Config** section, click the **Delete (Trash)** icon next to your configuration item.
Confirm the deactivation. All decrypted key storage and access tokens associated with that config ID will be permanently removed from our databases immediately.

Method 2: Email Request to Support

If you want us to completely purge all records of your company account, billing profiles, organization workspace, user logins, and archived conversation history:

Send a data deletion request from your registered email account to ayushsingh212100@gmail.com.
Use the email subject line: **[WTSP Automation] User Data Deletion Request**.
Provide your organization slug or company name in the request.
We will process your request and permanently delete your user account details, organization structure, configured integrations, token usage records, and logs from our secure databases and cache within **48 hours**. You will receive an email confirmation once the deletion is finalized.

3. Retained Data Policy

Once a deletion request is processed through either method, all details are purged permanently. We do not keep shadow backups of deleted API keys, Meta permanent tokens, or conversation logs.
