WTSP Automation provides a multi-tenant web dashboard allowing users to configure WhatsApp Cloud API messaging numbers with automated AI chat agents (using third-party providers such as OpenAI, Gemini, or Anthropic).
Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the WhatsApp Cloud API integration complies with Meta's developer policies, WhatsApp Business Terms, and WhatsApp Commerce Policy. You agree not to use WTSP Automation for sending unsolicited messages (spam), phishing, or other prohibited activities.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must immediately notify us of any security breaches or unauthorized access to your organization account. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized account utilization.
You acknowledge that you are responsible for any usage charges incurred from your configured third-party integrations (including Meta Graph API messages, and LLM provider token costs from OpenAI, Google Cloud Gemini, etc.).
WTSP Automation is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances will we be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from system downtime, blocked WhatsApp accounts, or API service failures.
